Shiraz, mostly sourced from the Rostein vineyard in Flaxman Valley. Deep magenta crimson. Aromas of bright damson plum, blueberry and boysenberry fruits cut with hints of baking spices, crushed rocks, blossom top notes, dark chocolate, blueberry pie, subtle crushed herbs and roasting meats. Full bodied, with a beautiful composition. Uber-pure blue and black fruits, toothsome, chalky tannins and a mineral freshness that drives the wine forward with just the right amount of velocity.
